Iraide’s Cooking Lab is a page created to go one step further in the therapeutic kitchen, where it is taught how to cook balanced preparations with beautiful presentations, always based in the oriental philosophy and using a basic principle: organic and seasonal ingredients, all of the best quality possible.

I provide personal trainning, with my extensive knowledge, tested recipes and techniques so that you can prepare healthy and balanced dishes.

My basis is the product of proximity. Idon’t use sugar, nor dairy, nor meat. I invite you to try my smooth , nutritious and very healthy preparations. And you are always wellcome to ask any questions directly through.
